Yes, US.BALMUDA.COM offers a product protection plan at the time of product purchase. You’re also eligible to purchase a plan within 30 days from the purchase date but you will need to contact BALMUDA Support for this. We currently offer 2 year, 3 year, and 4 year plans which cover accidental damage from handling from the date of purchase.
